Paramapadham Vilayattu

Trisha plays the role of Dr. Gayathri who is honest in her profession. She has a daughter who is physically challenged. The leader of the local party gets hospitalized in her hospital under her treatment. His party members are preparing for the upcoming elections. Certain key members of the party wish to see the back of him and attain his portfolio. Trisha tries her level best to cure the leader but he passes away. After a chain of events, Nanda (son of the deceased leader) is forced to take over the leadership of the party. Nanda doesn’t believe Trisha when she tells him about the conspiracy over his father’s death. Later, Trisha is threatened over the evidence she holds. Whether Trisha was able to prove her point or not is the rest of the movie.
