VOX Rewards is Evolving

1. What is happening to VOX Rewards?

VOX Rewards is transitioning to the SHARE rewards programme. You will have the choice to join SHARE and enjoy the benefits of the SHARE programme.

2. Will I automatically become a SHARE member?

No. You will only become a SHARE member if you actively choose to join SHARE and accept the SHARE Terms & Conditions.

3. What happens to my existing VOX Rewards Points?

Your existing VOX Rewards Points will not automatically expire because of the launch of SHARE. They will remain subject to their applicable expiry date and can be redeemed in store only.

4. Do I have to join SHARE to use my existing VOX Rewards Points?

No. You do not need to join SHARE to redeem your existing VOX Rewards Points.

5. What happens to my VOX Rewards Points if I join SHARE?

250 VOX Rewards Points = 1 OMR = 100 SHARE Points.

When you choose to join SHARE, your existing VOX Rewards Points will be converted at this rate, subject to the applicable Terms & Conditions. The conversion details will be clearly communicated as part of the SHARE registration journey, allowing you to review and accept the terms before completing your registration.

6. Will my VOX Rewards Points be converted automatically?

If you choose to join SHARE, your VOX Rewards Points will be treated in accordance with the conversion terms presented to you during registration. You will be informed of the applicable conversion before completing your registration.

7. What happens if I don't want to join SHARE?

You can choose not to join SHARE. Your existing VOX Rewards Points will remain available for redemption subject to their applicable expiry date and the VOX Rewards Terms & Conditions in-store only

8. Do I need to do anything now?

If you wish to join SHARE, you will need to actively register and accept the SHARE Terms & Conditions. If you choose not to join, you can continue to use your existing VOX Rewards Points subject to their applicable expiry date.

9. Where can I find more information?

The relevant SHARE Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice will be available as part of the SHARE registration journey. Please review these before completing your registration.

Refund Policy

VOX credit is our version of a credit note. While we do not issue cash refunds, if you change your mind about an online ticket purchase you made up to 30 minutes before the movie start time, you may be eligible for a refund in the form of VOX credits. 1 VOX credit = 1 OMR. The full amount (plus any associated booking fee) will be credited into your VOX wallet and can be used for future online purchase at VOX Cinemas. For more information, click here.

Delivery Policy

Your e-ticket will be delivered by email to the email address provided in the contact information section of the booking flow or your VOX member account profile.   Please present the e-ticket to our cinema staff to gain entry to the cinema.

Joining

When you register we'll ask for some details about yourself. From time to time we might ask for additional information for competitions and so on. Your privacy is very important to us and we will not pass on any information about you with any third party unless you have given us your written permission to do so.

VOX Rewards & SHARE

As part of these Terms and Conditions, information about you (including your VOX Rewards membership details) will be stored within our systems for up to 12 months, to allow you to seamlessly join SHARE rewards programme. Once this 12-month period expires, your data will be removed for this purpose.

You are not required to join SHARE to redeem your existing VOX Rewards Points. Your existing VOX Rewards Points will remain subject to their applicable expiry date and may continue to be redeemed until their applicable expiry date in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

Where you choose to join SHARE, the treatment of your existing VOX Rewards Points, including any applicable conversion to SHARE Points, will be clearly communicated to you as part of the SHARE registration journey before you complete your registration.
