Terms & Conditions
1- This giveaway is open to all residents of the Sultanate of Oman who are at least 18 years of age.
2- The giveaway will run from 5th of May 2026 to 10th of June 2026. Entries received after this period will not be considered.
3- The giveaway is valid for ticket purchases on Key Filmy Fever films:
- Patriot
- Ek Din
- Dhabkarro
- Kara
- Karruppu
- Athiradi
- Dhrishyam 3
- Kathanar
- Khan Tumhara
- Toxic
4- To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase a ticket to one of these movies during the giveaway period on voxcinemas.com or the VOX Cinemas app to be in with a chance of winning. Offline ticket purchases are not eligible for the promotion. One (1) entry is awarded per qualifying ticket. Cancelled/refunded transactions are void.
5- Standard ticket purchase charges apply. No additional fees are required to participate.
6- Eight (8) winners will each receive three (3) grams of 24 karat gold worth OMR 188.75 per piece. One (1) winner will receive twenty (20) grams of 24 karat gold worth OMR 1196.5 per piece.
7- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
8- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any variation in the gold’s resale or appraisal value.
9- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each draw.
10- The weekly draws will take place in Dubai on 11th of May 2026, 18th of May 2026, 25th of May 2026 and 1st of June for the weekly draw and the monthly draw will take place on the 10th of June 2026 at MAF Tower 1, 8th Floor, Al Ittihad Rd, Dubai, UAE and will be conducted at random online.
11- Winners will be selected in accordance with Clause 10 and will be notified via phone within ten (10) working days from the date of each draw, using the contact details provided at the time of entry.
Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC will make a minimum of three (3) contact attempts using the contact details provided, over at least three (3) separate days. Winners are required to visit the head office of Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC to sign the required documentation and present a valid original Emirates ID or other government-issued identification for verification purposes within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the first notification attempt.
Upon successful verification, winners will be issued a stamped prize confirmation letter and must collect their prize from the designated location: Malabar Gold & Diamonds. The original stamped letter must be presented at the time of collection.
If a winner cannot be contacted after the three (3) attempts, or fails to respond, complete verification, and collect the prize within the specified thirty (30) day period, the prize shall be forfeited, and the applicable laws and regulatory requirements shall apply.
12- Any costs associated with prize collection, including transportation or additional charges, shall be borne by the winner.
13- The following entries are not eligible:
- Offline ticket purchases are not eligible
- Entries from individuals under 18 years of age.
- Entries submitted after the giveaway period.
- Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
14- The giveaway is valid at participating cinemas in all Oman VOX Cinema locations. Majid Al Futtaim Gulf Cinemas LLC reserves the right to modify the list of participating locations at any time per its sole discretion.
15- Employees of Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
16- By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
17- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or other disruptions that may affect the entry process or the conduct of the giveaway.
18- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance/use of any prize.
19- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city, likeness, and photographs for publicity related to this promotion, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law. Winners may withdraw consent by contacting VOX Cinemas; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses.
20- Personal data will be processed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with the VOX Cinemas Privacy Notice available on Voxcinemas.com. Marketing communications will only be sent with valid consent.
21- Where required, the promotion is conducted under applicable UAE promotional permits. Permit number(s) will be displayed on campaign materials and provided on request.
22- These terms are governed by Oman law as applied in the Sultanate of Oman. Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction
23- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by applicable law or regulatory authorities.
