Terms and Conditions
Campaign raffle entries are valid from 24 May to 31 May 2026.
1- To enter the giveaway, participants must purchase any movie ticket, online or offline; and purchase any item from the candy bar (concessions), online or offline during the giveaway period on voxcinemas.com or the VOX Cinemas app to be in with a chance of winning. One (1) entry is awarded per qualifying ticket. Cancelled/refunded transactions are void.
2- Twenty (20) winners will each receive a voucher for a one (1) night delux room stay for two (2) people at either the Kempinski Oman at Al Mouj including breakfast.
3- The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
4- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC shall not be liable for any extra cost incurred by the winner at the hotel including but not limited to any taxes, duties, fees or charges applicable to the prize.
5- Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by the entry deadline for each draw.
6- The draw will take place in Omani on 5th of June 2026 at Head Office - VOX Cinemas, Mall of Oman, Boushar, Sultanate of Oman and will be conducted at random offline.
7- Winners will be selected in accordance with Clause 6 and will be notified via phone within ten (10) working days from the date of the draw using the details provided at the time of entry.
Majid Al Futtaim Gulf Cinemas LLC will make a minimum of three (3) contact attempts using the contact details provided, over at least three (3) separate days.
Winners are required to visit The Mall of Oman, VOX Cinemas on the 15th of June 2026 the Muscat, Sultanate of Oman to sign the required documentation and present a valid original Omani ID or other government-issued identification for verification purposes.
Upon successful verification, winners will be handed the vouchers.
If a winner cannot be contacted after the three (3) attempts, or fails to respond, complete verification, and collect the prize within the specified thirty (30) day period, the prize shall be forfeited, and the applicable laws and regulatory requirements shall apply.
8- Any costs associated with prize collection, including transportation or additional charges, shall be borne by the winner.
9- The following entries are not eligible:
- Any entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions.
- Raffle cards which are incomplete and do not provide all necessary information.
10- The giveaway is valid at participating cinemas in all Oman VOX Cinema locations. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to modify the list of participating locations at any time per its sole discretion.
11- Employees of Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
12- By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
13- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC is not responsible for any technical issues, system errors, or other disruptions that may affect the entry process or the conduct of the giveaway.
14- To the maximum extent permitted by law, Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in this giveaway or the acceptance/use of any prize.
15- By accepting a prize, winners consent to the use of their name, city, likeness, and photographs for publicity related to this promotion, without additional compensation, to the extent permitted by law. Winners may withdraw consent by contacting VOX Cinemas; withdrawal does not affect prior lawful uses.
16- Personal data will be processed to administer the giveaway, verify eligibility, contact winners, and comply with legal obligations, in accordance with the VOX Cinemas Privacy Notice available on Voxcinemas.com. Marketing communications will only be sent with valid consent.
17- Where required, the promotion is conducted under applicable Sultanate of Oman promotional permits. Permit number(s) will be displayed on campaign materials and provided on request.
18- These terms are governed by Oman law as applied in the Sultanate of Oman. Oman Courts shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
19- Majid Al Futtaim Cinemas LLC reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the promotion where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or where required by applicable law or regulatory authorities
